RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDER
For any order cancellation (total or partial) you should send an e-mail to info@agionskepi.gr or call 2541306757 to talk to us.

WITHDRAW / RETURN
You have the right to return the products you bought within 14 calendar days from the date you received them.
Returns are accepted provided:
* You contacted our online store the same day or the next working day via email at info@agionskepi.gr.
* The products are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been violated.
* Products are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

CHARGES IN CASE OF PRODUCT RETURN
1. In the event that the reason for returning the product is due to our fault (eg error in the product code, etc.), the shipping costs of returning the product are borne by us as well as the shipping costs of the second shipment of the product.

2. If the reason for returning the product is due to the fault of the consumer, the shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer.

In the latter case, the value of the product is returned to the consumer without including the shipping costs of the initial shipment and the return of the product as well as the cash on delivery costs (if any).
