3. Terms and conditions for purchasing Products from the Online Store
   3.1 Registration of the Customer as a member of the Online Store

   3.2 Order and purchase of Products
   a) The Customer, if he is legally competent under Greek law and wishes to buy a Product from the Online Store, will select it and add it to his shopping cart.    3.3 Payment of Products
   a) The Customer, who chooses as place of dispatch of the Products any point within the Greek territory, can choose the payment of the Products either by cash on delivery, or by bank deposit or by credit card.    3.5 Withdrawal
   a) The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Product, free of charge and without informing the Company of the reason for the withdrawal, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product. The Customer is charged with the return costs of the Product.
   b) Withdrawal from the market of the Product is possible only if the Product is in the same condition as the one received by the Customer.

   d) If the withdrawal is exercised within the above deadline, the Company will accept it by informing the Customer.

   3.6 Refund
   a) The refund of the Customer in case of withdrawal will be made depending on the way he chose to pay the Product, ie in case of cash on delivery via bank transfer, in case of payment by credit card to card. In any case, the refund will be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the Company was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the product purchase contract and after the Customer has returned the Product to the Company. .
